RENTALS	We provide rental management for long and short term rentals.  We also provide home manangement for the absentee owner.
HOME INSPECTIONS	A Home Inspection is an objective visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a home, from the roof to the foundation. The standard home inspection report will include an evaluation of the plumbing and electrical system, the roof, attic, walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors, crawl space or basement, and exterior siding.  We recommend home inspection to our sellers as well as our buyers.  Our sellers can discover and correct any existing problems before the house goes under contract. Our buyers can discover any problems before making a major investment and make adjustments to their offer.

Helen L. Bush Helen@scatlantic.com LinkedIn	We are delighted to have Helen join our team at such an exciting time for Atlantic Realty & Construction. Helen joined our firm as a Marketing Specialist in November 2009 and specializes in Residential and Land sales in the Horry county area. Helen was born and raised in Central New York State.  She moved to the Rochester, NY area in 1968 and remained there until 2008.  She moved to South Carolina in April of 2008 after vacationing in Myrtle Beach area for a number of years.  Helen is married to Daniel Bush, Sr. (39+ years) and has one son; Daniel, Jr. Helen has attained an A.A.S. in Legal Secretarial from Mohawk Valley Community College, Utica, NY, and a B.S. in Business & Economics w/Sec. Edu. and a MS in Business Education from Nazareth College; Rochester, NY.  She has worked as an Executive Secretary/Legal Secretary, a Sales Coordinator and a High School Educator teaching Virtual Enterprise, Economics and Business Law.   On a personal level, Helen enjoys choral music and sings with the Tabor City Baptist Church Choir. She is a Sunday school teacher, a member of WMU and serves on the Intracoastal Christmas Regatta Committee.  In her free time she enjoys crafting and travel.  More about Helen.
