The Journey Here… As a Realtor, I ask people to put their trust in my professional abilities to secure their real estate needs.  Because of this, I feel it is important for people to know a bit of my history. My working life has spanned a little over 30 years.  The first 10 years were spent in business and industry.  I entered the career ladder as an Executive Secretary, and exited as a Sales Coordinator. The next 20 years were spent as an educator, teaching both high school students and adults.  My specialty area was Business, Education, including Economics, Communications, Marketing, and Virtual Enterprise. So, when I decided that full- time retirement was not for me, what more natural fit than real estate!

The Critical Difference… Throughout my working life, I have concentrated on conducting all activities in a professional manner.  What does being “professional” mean to me?  To me, professionalism equals: Integrity—Total honesty always.  You can trust me to keep your best interests at heart.  It’s doing what’s right for you, even if it means you end up neither selling nor buying. Organization—Not only does this entail keeping concise, up-to-date records; it requires the ability to manage time and resources effectively. Communication—Listen, listen, listen to what people are really saying.  Active listening skills enhance my ability to help you realize your real estate goals.

The Philosophy… My personal business philosophy is to work hard and treat people the way I want to be treated.  It’s amazing how something so basic is so critical to success—not only in business, but in life! On a Personal Note.... I am married to Daniel Bush, Sr. (40+ years) and have one son; Daniel, Jr. I have attained an A.A.S. in Legal Secretarial from Mohawk Valley Community College, Utica, NY, and a B.S. in Business & Economics w/Sec. Edu. and a MS in Business Education from Nazareth College; Rochester, NY. I enjoy choral music and sing with the Tabor City Baptist Church Choir. I am a Sunday school teacher, a member of WMU and serve on the Intracoastal Christmas Regatta Committee. In my free time I enjoy crafting and travel.
