Home Inspections

A Home Inspection is an objective visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a home, from the roof to the foundation. The standard home inspection report will include an evaluation of the plumbing and electrical system, the roof, attic, walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors, crawl space or basement, and exterior siding. Most sales contracts state that the seller will provide a termite letter.

All inspections are completed within forty-eight hours after it is requested unless otherwise agreed.
